The Amity Education Group founded the private Amity University Patna in 2017. It is situated in Patna, Bihar, and has both BCI and UGC approval. The institute is one of the best universities in Bihar and was awarded a World Record by the World Book of Records.

Undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in business, computer science, engineering, management, law, English literature, and journalism are available at Amity Patna. Either the Amity University Entrance Test or the results of the qualifying exam determine admission to all of these degrees.
