One of the top universities in the nation is IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur, which was founded in 2009. It has UGC recognition and NAAC accreditation. With roughly 4500 students enrolled in different programs, the university has 14 departments that offer professional courses like Bachelor of Education, Fine Arts, Journalism, and others, as well as undergraduate, graduate, and research programs in the sciences, arts and social sciences, commerce, and management. The University has also launched a number of new coeducational programs and professionals this year, including a Diploma in Clinical Psychology, Forensic Science, and Library and Information Science. Candidates may choose to enrol in diploma or certificate programs in addition to their degree studies.

The final qualifying exam result is used to determine admission to these courses. The Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), Government of India, has approved a one-year professional diploma in clinical psychology. Admission to the program is determined by an entrance exam, which is followed by a round of group discussions and personal interviews. Valid CAT/MAT exam results, followed by a GD/PI round, are required for MBA admission. The Research Entrance Test is used to admit Ph.D. candidates (RET). Scholarships are also available from the university to deserving athletes who compete at the national level.
